Yes, but these processes can only be done at the beginning of the course. After purchasing a package and starting your subscription, you can freeze your package or upgrade to a higher one during the early periods of the course. Towards the end of the course, these processes are systematically restricted. Therefore, we recommend planning changes early.

Your daily minutes must be used every day. If you don't use your daily minutes, they do not roll over to the next day. New minutes are loaded the next day. You can use your weekly minutes until 03:00 on the night connecting Sunday to Monday. Unused weekly minutes are not transferred to the following week or month.

• Your weekly lesson rights are renewed at 03:00 on the night connecting Sunday to Monday.
• Your daily lesson minutes are renewed every night at 03:00.
• After you start using your daily lesson minutes, you must complete them within the same day. Remaining minutes are reset at 03:00.
• Lessons can be held at any desired day and time until 03:00 on the night connecting Sunday to Monday. For example, if you have a subscription that can be used 5 days a week, you can have lessons on 5 different days of the week.
• Daily lesson rights cannot be combined. You can use one lesson right per day.
• Daily minutes that you started using but did not finish within the same day are not transferred to the next day, and unused lesson rights are not transferred to the following week.
• When your lesson rights under the subscription are exhausted, extra minutes can be loaded from the account menu. If you have lesson rights available, these will be used first. When you make a reservation with all your weekly lesson rights, you can use extra minutes to make an extra reservation. In this case, your minutes decrease and are blocked for the reserved lesson.

Yes. If you do not turn off the renewal option, your subscription package will automatically renew. To cancel automatic renewal and prevent unwanted payments, you can turn off automatic renewal from your user account! Subscriptions do not renew for 1-month packages and installment sales.

Our system calculates each month as at least 30 days, not as 4 weeks or 28 days. In other words, the day you purchase your subscription does not affect the total number of your lesson rights. A subscription purchased on Monday provides the same number of lesson rights as one purchased on Sunday.

To explain with examples;
If you bought a subscription on Wednesday that you can use 5 days a week, you should have your lessons on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you bought the same subscription on Saturday, you must have two lessons on Saturday and Sunday, and your remaining 3 lesson rights are available at the end of your subscription.
If you bought a subscription on Sunday, you must use your first lesson right on that day, and your remaining lesson rights are similarly available at the end of your subscription.
